Hips:      59.00 in<br />
L Bicep: 17.50 in<br />
R Bicep: 17.25 in<br />
L Thigh: 29.50 in<br />
R Thigh: 29.00 in</p>
<p>Total inches 212.00</p>
<p>Yikes&#8230;</p>
<p>Well I started it today&#8230;sorta.</p>
<p>Right now I&#8217;m starting small by keeping track of what I&#8217;m eating. I am reading about the slow carb diet, and think that it is going to be the first try at this.</p>
<p>These are the basic rules of the diet.</p>
<p>I cannot have:<br />
Bread<br />
Milk<br />
Sugar<br />
Fruit<br />
Rice<br />
or anything that is white, or could be turned white witht he exceptions of</p>
<p>Cottage cheese<br />
Cream<br />
Cauliflower<br />
and some other things out there that I&#8217;m sure I&#8217;m missing.</p>
<p>All of this info can be found in the book the <em><a title="The Four Hour Body" href="http://www.amazon.com/4-Hour-Body-Uncommon-Incredible-Superhuman/dp/030746363X/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;qid=1302016736&amp;sr=8-1" target="_blank">Four Hour Body</a></em> by Tim Ferriss. Tim has a blog over <a title="here" href="http://www.fourhourworkweek.com/blog/" target="_blank">here</a>.</p>
<p>If you want to hear some amazing advice on life in general and how to make yourself better, I recommend reading his books.</p>
<p>Now I&#8217;m going to list here what I&#8217;ve had to eat so far today, and will add to this post as I go along.</p>
<p>Breakfast 6:20 AM</p>
<p>Banana<br />
Two Eggo Buttermilk Waffles with Lite syrup and Butter (Bad I know)<br />
Special K Chocolate Protein shake.</p>
<p>Notes: The breakfast was relatively filling, but was increasingly hungry after about 45 mins. Need to nix the waffles<br />
and add in more protein.</p>
<p>First Lunch 10:00 AM<br />
12 Asian style Unbreaded wings from 7-11 &#8211; Yay Protein<br />
Slim Jim &#8211; These things are never as good as you remember them&#8230;<br />
SoBe Lifewater &#8211; Fuji Apple Pear.</p>
<p>Notes: Wanted to add in more protein to the lunch, however need to find the right balance and add in some vegetables&#8230;ugh too much meat.</p>

<p>Notes on Lunch: Tuna was very good if a bit dry. Need to find something I cna use to moisten it up a bit. Maybe a dash of oil?</p>

<p>Thoughts on Today:</p>
<p>First day, a few mistakes were made and definite kinks need to be worked out, but I think it went well. I will post later with the numbers of ME weight inches and so forth.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, it&#8217;s been a long time since I&#8217;ve posted on here, and my life has taken many unique and wonderful changes. Some hardships and heartbreaks too, but let&#8217;s not dwell shall we?</p>
<p>I&#8217;m going to be using this blog as mainly a public testament on a journey I am undertaking.</p>
<p>Sine I hit puberty I have been overwieght, call it genetics *Thyroid doesn&#8217;t work* Call it fate *or plain laziness* or just call it bad habits, I have struggled with my weight not nearly as much as I have not cared about it. Honestly, I more often than not never stressed with being heavy, mainly because I don&#8217;t carry myself, think of myself nor act like a morbidly obese person.</p>
<p>But I am approaching the age, the magical number where health can start to take turns for the worse. that&#8217;s right as of July 16th this year I am moving up to the next check box on surveys, I will no longer be in the 18-34 demographic&#8230;yay. So here I am about to turn 35, and I&#8217;m tired.</p>
<p>Tired of being fat, tired of being slugish, tired of the headaches and back pains, and tired of&#8230;.well honestly being tired. so I made a decision to turn my life around. this is going to be a record of that journey. soe of this will not be pleasant as I will be posting my progress, the before during and after pictures, I will be talking about what worked what didn&#8217;t and prolly had bad something made my poo smell.</p>
<p>Why would I put all of this on the internet you ask?</p>
<p>Well, accountability for one, if I make a commitment to record everything then I have something to look back on and see how well or how poorly I did. Also, by putting it out here publicly I&#8217;m more inclined to keep it up if I feel people are watching, also I&#8217;m hoping my journey might inspire others, to try their own journey, or perhaps offer advice to me on mine.</p>
<p>So, here&#8217;s to the journey.</p>
